New temporary additions to the family

Charlie and Delta, they uh, well they got together and now we have three more members of the family. Two girls and one boy. Sweet. It's been awhile since we had puppies around.

Rebekah meets the pups.

Sweet pup noises.

Mitchell Farms: Pumpkin Patch

Saturday, we visited Mitchell Farms with Oma and KaaKaa AND Marie and Baby Fetus Crying Carter Cochran. It was nice and would have been nicer if Rebekah's yet to be seen teeth were not making her irritable. A couple of nuts.
We love Marie visits.
And we love Oma.
And we love really really big pumpkins.
And white pumpkins.
And hay bales and more pumpkins.
But not so much the bright sun without sunglasses!
And we love the fine man in our lives.

And she really likes her tongue these days.
And Momma and Daddy love this pumpkin picture the MOST!

Our first " My First 5K"

J.R. found out about "My First 5K" through WDAM's Biggest Loser stuff. And since he's discovered running again. He signed us up and he continued to train for the race while I continued to be tired and worn out and not train.
The Maul's did it with us. It was fun. I am very proud of all of us.
This was actually J.R.'s second 5K. He participated in one in Florida during Fall break. He did improve his time by a couple of minutes.
It really was my first 5K. My expectations were very low and easily met. I walked the majority of the time (and pushed Rebekah's stroller).
Jenny did so great! She's been running for a few months now. She got second place in her age division. We are going to try another 5K with the Mauls in November. I may actually "train" for this one.
J.R. is more than half way finished with WDAM's Biggest Loser competition. He is in third place and doing so well. Go check out his progress here and vote for him too!

A Family Friday Night Date... Zoo Boo

We congregated at the Giles' house first.
There was a bear cub on the loose.

Sitting up all by herself.

Precious little face. Ty and Rebekah are much more interested in each other these days.
They sit and giggle back and forth. And Ty likes to try to pull Rebekah's eye balls out
and she responds with big smiles and laughs.
After a short car ride, we arrive. Ty was so glad to RG again. She was pretty tired. So Ty played the games for her.
Rebekah and Ty were both kind enough to
donate most of their prizes to my treasure box at school.
We had a very hard time taking pictures on the zoo train ride.
It was still fun. If you are wondering, Ty is a bat. Precious.

Yazoooooooooooooooo

Sweet Sleep Sporting her Alabama gear, just for KaaKaa .
I have a dear friend who lives in Dallas.
Said friend came to Yazoo, MS for a party.
So we took a trip to see her.
On the way, we stopped in Jackson to pick up Kat.
Rebekah was mesmerized by Kat's pets.

In Yazoo City, very happy to be out of her carseat!

We love our Katherine G!All this travel to see this girl.

We love our Lindsey too! These two shorties are 2 of my favorite ladies in the WORLD! She slept through the entire party, live band and all. We spent the night at Amanda's.

Amanda and Rebekah were very glad to finally meet each other.

We stopped at Jan and Paul's on the way home. I think Rebekah might love them as much as I do; just maybe. She definitely loves their yellow cat.
