Help me help my friends

Dear Family, In Real Life friends, and Momma's computer friends,

This is my second week of Summer Adventures camp. I love helping my Momma in her class. I like to play with the other kids and all the toys. We get to go swimming three days a week and to gymnastics one day a week too. It is so fun.
My friends from camp will be "kid"napped for a day of fun with the ARC. Their ransom is $100 or more a piece. I need your help in raising this money. Thanks, Rebekah

KeithAnn's Birthday

We got up early and drove to Poplarville for the Blueberry Jubilee. Our Little Miss en route to Poplarville.
I ran in the PTA Blueberry Run 5K.
It kicked my tail. It was very hot outside and the "slightly hilly" course was a little much for my out of shape body. I think it would have been easier for me to roll than run. My goal is always to finish in under 40 minutes, and I did. Go me.
After the Jubilee, we drove hope to recuperate before driving to Jackson.
We spent some time with my grandmother, my momma, and my seester. This was Rebekah's first visit to her Aunt Hayley's house. Rebekah was very interested in Hayley's dog. First from afar and then up close and personal. After visiting at Hayley's, we headed for Renaisance at Colony Park.
I wanted to browse Anthropolgie for some inspiration.
We left Anthropolgie with this and this.
J.R. was not really enjoying browsing Anthropolgie so he took Rebekah outside. We got a text to go to the right when we left the store. So we did and this is what we found!!!
A sopping wet girl.
And my mind immediately returned to this post by my friend Emily (Emily, I hope you don't mind the "friend" label), and I thought "why didn't I think of this?"
Of course, our tot enjoyed the fountains. She even made a new friend.
Enthralled.
Since we were planning on going to dinner, we stripped and dressed RG and headed on our way.
This is the only picture of my girl and me on my birthday.
She was still more interested in the fountain than me.
We had a great dinner at P.F. Chang's before heading back to the 'burg.
Thanks for a great day. I love my family.

Its summer time!

Its summer time and that means that ARC Summer Adventures has started. This year I am working in the baby room. There are 7 campers. Rebekah is working too, she is my assistant. She has already made a few new friends.

Ready for our first day!Rebekah and Barrett conversing.Cole and Rebekah. He pushed her all over the room on that toy. Papa Dale and Rebekah before their ride.Papa Dale and Rebekah after their ride.

Papa Dale is a great asset to camp. He rides the fussy/tired babes around on his scooter until they are asleep or calmed. IT IS AWESOME. All the kids love him.

We have had a great two days at camp. We are going swimming for the first time tomorrow.

ARC is a great organization. This is a link to the national website, a link to ARC groups in MS, and a link to the ARC group we love.

Another visit with another cousin

My sister had a meeting in Hattiesburg yesterday. After her meeting, she and her daughter aka my niece aka Rebekah's cousin came over for a bit. These girls are too sweet. We need to get them together more often.
